Freedom is a Curse

There's a sense of security in knowing we're free. It's also a knowledge so powerful and meaningful that its existence is a curse—and oftentimes, a white elephant for some people. Long before money was introduced, our ancestors’ sheer power and sweat had long given them the opportunity to live and provide for themselves and their families.

When the lazy and evil corporate power came into fruition, they turned all of our necessities for living a perfectly fine day-to-day life into a living hell. They’ve cut off our circulation, polluted our air, and caused the death of entire generations through famine and hunger. Those who controlled the law also controlled entire populations who lived by those rules.

Freedom is a curse that should’ve never been mentioned. What should be a sense of community has been robbed by offices and workplaces. There are no neighbors to help—only a power-hungry corporate machine. They robbed us of our time, which is the precious, little droplets of our life.

What kind of urges have led us into this age, this timeline? Perhaps domination? Or perhaps cowardice? Was it meant to be? Is it our primal self? Then what are those so-called freedoms and the utopian world we’ve desired so badly?

I don't have the time for writing all of these; I need to go to work, now.
